Website content is provided for general information about 24/7 Shared Kitchen. Membership pricing, included hours, storage, availability, equipment, and facility access may change and should be confirmed directly with us.

Kitchen rental, membership, food-safety, payment, cancellation, insurance, equipment-use, and facility rules may be governed by a separate signed agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the facility service.

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Client accounts and calendar information may be used only for the business or person authorized by 24/7 Shared Kitchen.

Calendar entries, reservations, or scheduling requests remain subject to applicable membership terms, operating rules, availability, and any confirmations displayed in the portal or provided by our staff.

You may not use the website or portals to:

• violate law, another person’s rights, or a facility agreement;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authorization;
• access another client’s information or restricted systems;
• introduce malware or attempt to bypass security controls;
• interfere with service availability or portal operation; or
• scrape, copy, or exploit content or data without authorization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website, accounts, and calendar. Our Cookie Policy explains necessary and optional browser storage.

Website text, branding, graphics, layout, and software are owned by or licensed to 24/7 Shared Kitchen and are protected by applicable law. You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or business inquiries, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it without written permission.

The website may link to or display services operated by others, such as Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or data practices.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and portals are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and online content may occasionally be outdated or incomplete. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, 24/7 Shared Kitchen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or portals. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law or where a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.

We may restrict or suspend portal access when reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, enforce applicable agreements, or comply with law. Ending portal access does not erase obligations under a separate membership or facility agreement.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes concerning these terms will be handled in courts with jurisdiction in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

We may update these terms as the website and portals change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
